The first consultation will last 1.5 hrs for adults and 1 hr for children under 15 years old. Firstly you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire about your medical history, current status of health, lifestyle and family history. During the following consultation, you will have an unique opportunity to talk confidentially about your health related issures and how you are feeling. The more information you can give the better.



After your first consultation you will receive a homeopathic remedy in the form of a pillule or in liquid form alongside with your tailormade naturopathic treament plan.

Once treatement has started, follow-up appointments will take place once a month. A follow-up consultation will last 1 hr for adults and 1/2 hour for children under 15 years. We will discuss how you have improved and how you are feeling and also evaluate how you are getting on with your naturopathic treatment plan.

Follow-up appointments are of utmost importance as only here can be evaluated and how the treatment is going.

The duration of treatment depends on the individual circumstances, history and duration of the problem. If you have been unwell for a number of years, it will take longer to bring about a complete and gentle cure.

Homeopathic & Naturopathic treatment is not a quick fix solution. Apart from offering you homeopathic treatment along with naturopathic advise, it is important that you take responsibility of your health by making necessary changes in your lifestyle to ensure a successfull treatment which is long lasting.

In order to stay well you are advised to have periodic check-ups to maintain your level of health and prevent illness.
