Naturopathy is based on the fundamental principle of 'THE HEALING POWER OF NATURE'. Naturopathy works with the body's natural healing energies or 'life force' (chi) to promote, restore and maintain health.

To support homeopathic treatment, you will receive a personalised naturopathic treatment plan which will guide you towards vibrant health.

According to your specific needs, your personalised naturopathic treatment plan may include the following:

  • Dietary Advise
  • Nutritional Supplementation
  • Detoxification
  • Herbal Remedies
  • Aromatherapy - Essential Oils
  • Flower Essences
  • Tissue Salts
  • Exercise & Relaxation Techniques

  • Naturopathy #02 Detoxification

In naturopathy detoxification plays an important role to eliminate waste and revitalise the body.

I can help you detoxifying your system by with a taylormade detox programme to suit your specific needs.

The programme will include advise on nutrition, herbs and supplementation as well as supportive treatment like skin brushing, the use of essential oils and exercise.

In the first part of the detox we will strenghten and support your digestion in order to assimilate foods and nutrients more effectively.

During the second part of the detox, the focus will be on cleansing the colon.

The final level of detoxification concentrates on restoring the proper functioning of your liver and the kidneys.

    Naturopathy #03 Herbal Remedies

Herbs and spices have been in use for hundreds of years in many cultures. They contain many complex active ingredients which work together in synergy in order to make them a very effective form of natural medicine.

To support treatment, I may advise on the use of herbs for taylormade infusions, tinctures or decoctions for internal use as well as on the use of herbs or specific spices in cooking, and externally in the form of compresses or poultices.

Naturopathy #04 Aromatherapy - Essential Oils

Essential oils are the essences obtained from flowers, leaves, roots, barks and berries by extraction.

Each essential oil has it's own therapeutic properties and can therefore be used to support the treatment of a wide range of ailments.

Essential oils can be used as steam inhalations, in baths, compresses and as a room scent.

    Flower Essences

    Bach Flower Remedies
The 38 Remedies were discovered by Dr Bach, who was a London based doctor and homeopath who lived in the early part of the 20th century.

These 38 remedies are made from a range of flowering plants and trees and being a 'subtle' energy, flower essences work best on themind, emotions and spirit.

Flower Remedies can be of great support during any treatment, helping the body to come back into harmony by dissolving blockages such as negative emotions.

If applicable, you will receive a taylormade Bach Flower Remedy, which will help you back into balance.

    Australian Bush Flowers
This is a range of 69 different Australian Bush Flower Remedies which help in exactly the same way as the Bach Flower Essences, treating emotional health and wellbeing.
